Who you are dealing with
Your order will be placed with and processed by Whispers (Canterbury) Limited, the owner of this website
All graphical images on this site are reproduced with a view to portraying our products as accurately as possible. Please be aware that designs may vary slightly, from those shown, due to normal design and production fluctuations. You may also detect a difference in the colour of the item you receive. This could be due to the fact your computer display screen operates with a restricted colour palette, so it is highly likely that the colour you see on the screen will differ to that of the product you receive. We do not accept responsibility for variations of this nature.
Do to the nature of our products some items may not be suitable for young children. Please make sure you are satisfied that the product you are purchasing is suitable for the recipient. Should you have any questions, please contact us for further information. However if you are in any doubt about the suitability of the product, please do not purchase the item or seek further advice before doing so.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Your credit card will be charged by Google. "GOOGLE * Toyshopcouk " will appear by the charge on your credit card statement. To process your order, Whispers (Canterbury) Limited will have access to your address, email, and phone number. Your phone number may be used in relation to your order, but will never be used to deliver unsolicited commercial messages to you.
Where we deliver to
Currently we can only ship to customers in the United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands).
Order processing times
For Internet Orders we are open for business every day, however for the physical processing of orders, we operate Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (excluding Public Holidays).
Orders placed before 1pm
All internet orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same day provided the goods are in stock and your payment has been cleared.
Orders placed after 1pm
All internet orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day provided the goods are in stock and your payment has been cleared.
How we ship your order
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail standard parcel service. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 3 to 5 working days. Should you require your goods sooner, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss faster delivery options with you.
What to do if your order doesn't turn up
In the unlikely event that your order doesn't show up within the above timescales, please contact us and we will take care of it for you. Where orders are confirmed as missing or lost, we will arrange for a replacement order to be shipped to you without any additional cost to you.
We try to keep the postage and packaging costs as low as possible, which is why we use the Royal Mail delivery service. The cost we charge you for the postage and packaging of your order will be no more than £2.99 in total. Any orders in excess of £25.00 will be delivered free of charge.
Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver your goods to a P.O. Box. We will require a physical address.
Our Cancellation & Returns Policy
To cancel an Order
You can cancel your order within the first fifteen minutes after placing an order, through your Google Checkout&trade Account. Thereafter your order will be in a processing state and we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as your order may have been processed or dispatched
If you are unable to cancel your order through Google Checkout&trade, please contact us immediately and we will see what we can do.
If your order has already been shipped and you want to return your order
In the event that you wish to cancel and return your order after it has been shipped, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less our original delivery costs. You will be responsible for the return delivery costs. Once we have received the returned goods in their original condition your refund will be processed within 5 working days.
Where we have delivered either damaged, defective or incorrect item(s)
Should you receive your order and find that it contains either damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You should then return the goods to the address below.
Upon receipt, we will then replace the returned item(s) where possible and for any item(s) no longer in stock, offer you a full refund in exchange for the out of stock item(s). We will also refund your return delivery costs up to a maximum of £2.99 per item returned.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
